What a Russian manicure actually is

Shape
Your natural nail is shortened and filed to the shape you choose.

Cuticle
Dead skin around the nail is lifted and cleaned dry, with an e-file and sterile tools, no soaking.

Prep
The surface is prepared gently, so the gel grips without thinning your nail.

Colour
Gel or gel polish goes on close to the skin, so it grows out neatly, without a visible line.
Good to know before you book
- 7-day repairs
If anything lifts or breaks within 7 days, Irina repairs it free of charge.
- Cancelling
Please cancel or move your appointment at least 24 to 48 hours before.
- Running late
More than 10 to 15 minutes late and the appointment may have to be cancelled.
- Come on your own
The studio is one-to-one, so no children or companions, please.

How do I book?

How long does BIAB last?
Usually 3 to 4 weeks, depending on your nails and what you do with your hands.
What if a nail breaks?
If something lifts or breaks within 7 days of your appointment, message Irina and she will repair it free of charge.
How do you keep things clean?
Metal tools come out of sealed sterilisation pouches, files are single-use, the desk is disinfected after every client and a dust extractor runs during filing. Hypoallergenic, HEMA-free products are available on request.
